When LoyaltyOne decided to move headquarters, they made the shift from traditional offices to open, collaborative space and shared workstations. Their new space, which spans 6 floors of the Globe and Mail building, is full of perks designed to attract and retain top talent.
Trillium worked closely with Gensler, writing the initial hardware schedule. Later, we supplied hardware, automatic door operators and hollow metal doors and frames to Govan Brown during construction.
The finished space features a cafe, coffee stations on each floor, a company-subsidized cafeteria and an impressive atrium. Rooftop yoga classes, on-site massage services and an arcade room help staff unwind.
Trillium’s scope included 30″ black ladder pulls for glass doors, concealed Tectus hinges for an under-stair storage room, subtle edge pulls for banks of closet doors and Besam door operators for the mail room and storage room. Typical openings received Sargent mortise locks.
