Bremner Tower

Bremner Tower is a 30 storey, LEED^® Gold-certified office tower located in the Southcore Financial Centre with connections to the Delta Hotel, PwC Tower and the PATH.  The building features a green roof, green podium and 13,000 square foot fitness centre. After our successful completion of the PwC Tower at 18 York, Trillium was once again called upon by KPMB and GWL to provide hardware consulting service.  We were then contracted by EllisDon to supply and install a complete opening package, including:

• FSC-certified wood doors and frames
• Hollow metal doors and frames
• Stainless steel openings
• Hardware
• Automatic door operators

We also supplied and installed ceiling-hung toilet partitions and washroom accessories for common-area washrooms, as well as lockers in the back-of-house space. After completing the base building, Trillium has been fortunate to be involved with many of the tenant space fit-outs, including those for Apple, Amazon and anchor tenant Marsh & McLennan Companies.
