Trillium works with the most reputable suppliers in the door, hardware and security industry. They are doing everything they can to manage the impact this is having on their businesses.
Still, many suppliers have recently issued surcharges or price increases, while others have told us to expect longer, more volatile delivery timelines.
As your partner, we understand the effect this uncertainty can have on your projects. While these global economic issues are out of our control, we will take every reasonable step to minimize the impact they will have on your project.
Trillium promises to provide accurate lead time information, set realistic delivery expectations and advise customers of any changes to these timelines as soon as they are known.
Previously quoted prices will be honoured per the terms of our quotations and contract agreements. New quotes will be based on current pricing.
