York St., was the first building constructed in Toronto\u2019s Southcore Financial Centre.\u00a0 It is home to the Canadian head office of Price Waterhouse Cooper and set the standard for towers that followed in the Southcore, like the Bremner Tower and Delta Hotel.\n\nThe building is connected to Scotiabank Arena, the Telus Tower and Union Station by a skywalk that spans across York St.\u00a0 Its energy efficiency, green roof and other design elements have earned the building LEED<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Gold and BOMA BEST Platinum certifications.\n\nDuring the design phase, Trillium provided hardware consulting for KPMB and GWL.\u00a0 EllisDon partnered with Trillium to supply and install a complete opening package.\u00a0 We provided doors and frames in FSC<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>-certified wood, hollow metal and stainless steel, as well as hardware and automatic door operators.\n\nAfter completing the base building project, Trillium has worked on several tenant fit-out projects within
