Delta Hotel

This 46 storey, four star hotel building is part of Toronto’s Southcore Financial Centre (SFC), which includes the Bremner Tower and PwC Tower. After providing consulting services during the design phase, Trillium was contracted by EllisDon to supply and install the complete opening package, including:

• Hardware
• Hollow Metal Doors and Frames
• FSC^®-Certified Wood Doors
• Automatic Door Operators
• Master key system

In addition, Trillium supplied and installed washroom accessories, toilet partitions and lockers throughout the building. Notable openings include the six pairs of 3600mm (141-3/4”) high pivot doors at the main ballroom.  These include huge 130 inch-long door pulls and electrified top pivots that feed power to electrified concealed vertical rod exit devices, all of which were supplied in a stunning oil-rubbed bronze finish. The building is connected to the city’s PATH network by a striking skywalk bridge dubbed ‘Torque’.  Each end of the bridge features a pair of stainless steel doors with automatic operators. Trillium supplied suite entry doors in a split finish, with white oak on corridor side and a factory-painted finish on the interior.   We also provided  the communicating doors and hardware between interconnected suites, hardware for closet and washroom doors and washroom accessories within the suites.
